Butter Apple Cake
Substitutions /
Exclusions:
I used an apple corer to peel and cut the apples. I used
Granny Smith.
We don’t have a 9-inch round springform pan so I used an
8-inch square pan instead.
We opted for a scoop of homemade vanilla ice cream on top
instead of the turbinado and powdered sugar.
Cooking / Baking Notes:
I left this in the oven for 46 minutes but again, I use a
different sized pan.
Summary:
A new fall favorite. We loved it with the ice cream and a
cup of tea.
