Welcome Louisville Chefs!

We are very excited to start our program in September.  Choose from 17 cookbooks and try your hand at anything from salads to dessert.  Send in your reviews and comments as you go or all at once.  I will organize and post updates throughout the contest.  Here are some things to consider when sending feedback:

                                Did you like what you made?

                                Did your family like what you made?

                                Would you make any of the recipes again?

                                Any kitchen fails?  What happened!?

                                Rate the recipes and make suggestions for future readers and chefs.

                                Were any of the recipes really easy/hard?

                                Were any of the recipes something new for you?

                                Any cool kitchen hacks you can suggest for your recipes?

Send pics, anecdotes, videos, notes- whatever you want.  Just make sure you are ok with it being on this blog.
